Mar Bella is a handmade ceramic plate made with earthenware clay. Decorative plates bring striking texture and a calming vision to your interior design or outdoor spaces.
From the artist
Unique, decorative wall plates are my favorite pieces to make because they’re all about intuition and improvisation. Each piece has its own creative process. I start by marking patterns or drawing lines with my fingers. My hands are my favorite tool and I also use wooden tools and different objects to create textures.
Nature plays an important role in my artwork. I was very lucky to grow up in Oregon—a stunning natural environment. In my series of decorative plates, you will see patterns inspired by water and waves, sticks and stones, woods and wandering trails.
Created with love at my studio in Barcelona, Spain. If you have any questions, please send me a message . I’m very happy to help you!
