My ceramic art and sculptures celebrate the rivers and temperate rainforests of the Pacific Northwest where I grew up. They examine the beaches and rolling hills of the Mediterranean Coastline that I now call home. Nature’s grace has had a profound impact on me. The destructive conflicts between nature and humanity inspire me to communicate the importance of preserving our natural environment.

The combination of textures, colors, glazing and firing methods allows me to connect with my art on a sensorial and meditative level.
